How to Take Xango
First of all. Thanks for joining with us in Xango. We are seeing phenomenal results with Xango and find it is best to start with higher dosages and then cut back as you go along. If you are patient and consistent and give Xango a fair 90 day trial you will be delighted with your results. This is not a quick fix so please give the juice time to work it's wonders.
Before we begin, it's important for you to shake the bottle everytime to pour a serving. I like to turn the bottle upside down and shake a few times. This gets the pericarp (where most of the good stuff is) good and mixed in. When you are done, be sure to store it in the refridgerator like you would any perishable fruit drink.
We recommend 1 ounce 3 times per day for the first bottle or two for a healthy person and then backing off to 1-3 ounces per day.
If you have some sort of health challenge we are seeing great results with the following dosage. 2 ounces 3 times per day for at least 2 bottles and then you may be able to slowly decrease your dosage.
You will have to adjust the final dosage according to your own body. If you are sensitive to new things, start slowly and work your way up. Be sure to listen to your body in this process... if you cut back and stop feeling the benefit, bump it back up again.
Make sure you SPLIT your dosage up and take it 2 or 3 times per day, take it just before meals and hold it in your mouth for a few seconds.
